Products Overview

Through extensive research & development Tec-Team Industries has developed unique high purity, high temperature (600 - 800 (F) degrees) synthetic lubricants that bond or plate out on metal and rubber surfaces. These lubricants are used in truck beds, slat conveyors, and all lay-down equipment to lubricate moving parts, protect rubber surfaces, and provide corrosion protection, as well as asphalt release.

Asphalt temperatures of over 300 (F) degrees, cannot cook the synthetic lubrication off treated surfaces, but heat DOES bond it to metal and rubber surfaces. Testing of rubber track, rubber belts and hoses with Tec-Team products show that they not only do no harm, but also protect these rubber surfaces from constant heat and the abrasiveness of asphalt mix. Diesel fuel and all strong solvents are the worst products to use to clean rubber belts, tracks and hoses. Diesel fuel, and all strong solvents, is destructive of rubber. With few exceptions, we have exceeded State DOT requirements by providing biodegradable, non-VOC (Volatile Organic Compound), and safe products.
